Terms of the study desk

These terms govern study sittings arranged with Insight Parallax Co., Ltd. (“the desk”), registered in the Republic of Korea, at 19 Seoksa-ro, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do, 24410. By sending a note through the contact form, paying a holding amount, or attending a sitting, you accept these terms.

The work

The desk provides technical analysis training in the form of written study plans, chart hours, and the Sunday Table, as described on the sitting pages. Market decisions remain with you and with your broker. The desk does not hold client funds for trading, does not place orders, and does not promise a result on any market.

Bookings

A date is held when the desk confirms it in writing and, where a holding amount applies, when that amount has arrived. Fees are the figures on the fees page unless a written note states a different figure for a stated reason. You are responsible for arriving with the notebook the sitting asks for.

Intellectual property

The weekly sequence, prompts, and blank page structure used by the desk remain the property of Insight Parallax Co., Ltd. You may use the written plan prepared for you in your own study. You may not resell the sequence, teach it as a course, or publish the desk’s page structure as your own method. Notes you wrote before you arrived, and the sentences you write in your own notebook, remain yours.

Conduct

The room holds one sitting at a time, except the Sunday Table. Recording other students is not permitted. The desk may end a sitting if the room cannot continue in a civil way, and the refund notice explains what is returned.

Liability

Study plans are educational. Losses or gains that follow decisions you make in a market are yours. To the extent Korean law allows, the desk’s liability for a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow to be limited, including liability for injury caused by intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the Republic of Korea, with the Chuncheon District Court as the agreed venue when that court may hear the matter.
