Refunds, holds, and missed hours

These rules cover fees for the Four-Week Desk Plan, the Chart Hour, and the Sunday Table at Insight Parallax Co., Ltd. Refund requests go to info@insightparallax.click or 033-251-8034. Include the name on the booking and the date of the sitting.

Four-Week Desk Plan

A holding amount of ₩200,000 reserves the start Monday. If you cancel seven or more days before the first meeting, the holding amount is refunded in full. If you cancel inside those seven days and no meeting has been held, the holding amount is retained and no further fee is charged.

After a meeting has been held, that meeting’s share — ₩170,000 of the ₩680,000 — is not refunded. Remaining meetings that have not started are refunded if you give notice before the next meeting begins. Once the written plan has been handed over at the fourth meeting, the balance of the fee is not refunded. Work already started, including intake notes and a draft sequence, follows these meeting rules rather than a separate calculation.

Chart Hour

Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the hour and the fee is refunded in full. Inside forty-eight hours, half the fee is retained and half is refunded. A no-show without notice is treated as time already used, and the fee is retained. If the tutor cancels, you may take a full refund or a new hour.

Sunday Table

Release the seat five or more days before that Sunday and the seat fee is refunded. Inside five days the fee is retained unless the desk fills the seat from the waiting list, in which case it is refunded. A no-show is retained. If the desk cancels the table, the seat fee is refunded in full.

Rescheduling

Each meeting or hour may be moved once if you ask at least two business days ahead. A Sunday seat may be moved to the next month’s table if you ask five or more days ahead and a seat remains. Illness, told to the desk before the sitting starts, may move the hour once without the late-cancel retention.

Materials

A printed chart pack or notebook that has already been prepared at your request is not refunded. You do not need to buy printed materials to attend.

Method and time

Approved refunds return to the same transfer account that paid the fee, within ten business days of the desk confirming the amount. The desk does not take card payments on this website.
