What belongs on the Monday open
The Monday page is short on purpose. If it tries to hold the whole week, Wednesday has nothing left to do.
The Monday open at this desk is one page. At the top you write the two markets the plan already named. Under that, the timeframe you agreed to start with — often the daily bar for a KOSPI name, or the daily and the weekly for USD/KRW, not both plus the hourly.
Then three lines only. Where did last Friday’s close leave the swing you were already marking? What level, if any, is close enough to matter this week? What will you refuse to add before Wednesday?
Students who restart every Sunday usually fail this page by generosity. They copy the whole watchlist into the margin. By Wednesday the page is a crowd, and the midweek mark has no empty space. A study plan that can be repeated needs a Monday that still looks like a Monday when you photograph it four weeks later.
If you cannot say the two markets out loud before you sit down, the open is not ready. Make tea, write the names, and stop. The rest of the week has its own pages.
